Ticket Refund Policy

Please note that ticket(s) purchased are only valid for the film and showtime specified. If you can not use a ticket or we cancel the show you may choose a refund, exchange the ticket (additional charges could apply) or receive a pass good for any show any time. Refunds are done at the theatre with a manager. When coming to the theatre for a refund make sure you have your confirmation number or the credit card you used to charge the ticket(s).

E-Gift Card Terms
This prepaid E-Gift Card is redeemable for food, beverages and tickets at Main Street Movies 5/Milford Movies 9 and Westown Movies. This card has no expiration date and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is not a credit/debit card ad has no implied warranties. If lost or stolen the e-gift card cannot be replaced. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these term and conditions which are governed by the state where it was purchased. Main Street Movies 5/Milford Movies 9 and Westown Movies may change the terms of this card at any time.

“R” Rated Movie Policy

We check Identification for movies with an “R” rating. If you are under 17 and wish to attend an “R” rated movie, we require that you are accompanied by a parent or a guardian who is at least 21 years old.
 

ADA Seating and Companion Pass

1.) All of our theaters are handicap accesible.
2.) Guests attending our theater in a professional caregiver role for one of our guests with disabilities may be passed in by management. (Valid ID may be required)

Weekend After-Hours Policy

Effective 10/21/22, after 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays, all patrons under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
